| Clean facilities |

To maintain strict control over contamination, clean facilities have been installed at each plant in order to meet the clean requirements of products used in the semiconductor and LCD(liquid crystal displays) fields. After final inspection, parts requiring specialized cleaning are cleansed with ultrapure water, dried, and then packed. |

◆ Clean Bench ◆
Parts are dried under a Class 10 environment at a clean bench installed in a Class 1000 clean room.

◆ Cleaning Tank ◆
Finished products are cleansed using ultra-DI water having a specific resistance of 16MΩcm or higher.
