Our company has established excellent business relationships within the Japanese semiconductor industry by providing quartz products for use in semiconductor manufacturing equipment as our main business.
Even our sales and marketing office, used as a point of contact with our customers, was established in 1996 with the principle "Let's supply satisfying products to our customers" in mind. New offices have been established in Tohoku and Kyushu to expand our business network throughout Japan.
We will continue striving to receive orders by providing after-sales service. We also plan to utilize our network to develop new businesses and establish stronger relations with our customers in the semiconductor industry.
With the globalization of semiconductor manufacturing in recent years, our products are increasingly exported to overseas sites run by Japanese companies and semiconductor manufacturing vendors. With this in mind, we have also established a new factory in Hangzhou, China and a sales office in Santa Clara, USA. These facilities have been established as part of our steadily progressing plan to expand our business globally.
